How does
Morning Monkeys wake up call work?
Wake up calls are made by a computer that dials your home, cell, or other
number. At the time you select, Fun Monkeys will wake you up. If you want
to snooze, simply press a key on your touch tone phone, and our inexhaustible
Fun Monkeys will call you FIVE minutes later. If you have a voice mail
service that picks up after several rings, Fun Monkeys will go to your
answering machine.
How much does it cost for
wake up service?
We have a variety of plans for you to choose from. Please see our Pricing
Page for more details.
Can I get just one wake up call?
Yes, you can purchase a single wake up call for $0.49,
with FIVE snoozes.
Last night was a hard one.
How can I snooze?
Just press a key and hang up the phone. Fun Monkeys will call you again
in FIVE minutes. You can snooze five times before Morning Monkeys concludes
you are a total wastrel, and goes on to help someone else.
How long are Snooze cycles?
Five minutes, within a few seconds.
How many times does the
phone ring during a wake-up call?
You typically get to set the number of times your phone rings. If you
are a deep sleeper, we suggest that you turn up the volume, and increase
the number of rings to ten.
Why Is
Morning Monkeys the best deal on the Internet?
Simple, actually. We are the cheapest, AND the most fun. We compared our
rates to other companies that offer similar services, and we priced Morning
Monkeys to provide more service for your hard earned dollar. We never
charge for snoozes, for cancellation, or start up. Oh, and did we mention,
we are the most fun?
Are there
any fees other than the monthly fee?
No. We do not charge either a start-up or cancellation fee.
If I sign
up for monthly service today, when does my service start?
Tomorrow, or later today, as applicable.

How do I change my wake-up times?
You will get to establish an account, including a password and ID. You
will be able to access your account by logging in to our Accounts Management
page. You will be able to change the times and numbers to be called on
this page.
How I continue my monthly
membership?
As long as you have a valid method of payment (credit card)
your membership will automatically renew every month until you cancel.
If I need to, how can I
change my personal information?
Log in to the Accounts Management page, and you can view your account
information, and change any information you need.
How do I cancel my monthly
membership?
Log into the Accounts Management page and follow the instructions there.
Can Happy Monkeys wake
me up on my cellular phone? Answering machine?
Of course. Morning Monkeys will work with any phone.

Can I pay by check?
No. We currently accept VISA, and MasterCard only.
How secure is my credit
card information?
We treat credit card information very seriously. We use a high end 128
byte SSL encryption on all relevant pages. Your credit card information
is securely processed by a variety of nationally recognized financial
institutions who are as equally committed to security. For additional

Do you share personal information?
Unlike some of our competitors, we do not share our information with any
other company, ever.
When will my credit card
be charged?
When you sign up, you will be billed immediately. All of our services
are provided on a pre-paid basis. You will be billed automatically every
month on the same date as long as you wish to continue using the service.
Can I access my account
using a telephone?
Not yet. The Monkeys are working on it.
So what are the perks and
bennies?
Morning Monkeys has more good stuff than anyone else in our business.
Of course we offer a free one day trial for users that want to try Monkeys
before they buy. We also offer one free month on an annual contract. Refer
a friend to Morning Monkeys, and, if they sign up, you get a free period
that you have selected in My Account (a five, ten, or 30 day period).

What if I have other questions?

We will email you back with answers as soon as we can, usually within
24 hours.
So what happens if you screw up?
In the unlikely event that the Monkeys don't show up when they are supposed
to, and its OUR fault, we will give you an extra calling period free,
even if we miss one day. Under some circumstances, you still might
