Our Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is simple: if it is our fault, and we fail, even once, to make a scheduled wake up call to the number you select within a reasonable window of time, we will give you an additional calling period of five, ten or 30 calls FREE whichever you have selected for your service. If you missed a wake-up call you must contact us stating your name, phone number used for service, and the time of the wake-up call(s). Sorry, but we can't issue you a refund under any circumstances, and we also can't give you credit for any failures outside of our control, such as, but not limited to: customer phone malfunction, customer ordering errors, downed telephone service anywhere between our facilities and your telephone or other telephone network failures and power outages.

Two Week Free Trials
If you select a two week free trial, we will call the number(s) you select for 10 dates you specify. You may cancel your trial subscription at any time up until the time of the last call you select. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically revert to a Thirty Call per Month Plan, at the regular billing rates. All other terms of service apply at that time.

To protect the security of your credit card information, we employ the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. We also encrypt your credit card number when we store your order and whenever we transfer that information to participating merchants.

Privacy Policy
Any information collected from visitors to the Morning Monkeys site will not be used except for improving the browsing experiences of our users and customers. We do not collect information for any purpose other than web-browsing enhancement, or for information to pay the agreed upon fees. Morning Monkeys does not sell, trade, lend or give away personal information to any third parties. We will use email to contact our customers or visitors to inform them about new services, enhancements, or other issues related to their browsing experience. Morning Monkeys or Acedant Voice, or any other business owned, controlled, or managed by Acedant Voice does not send unsolicited email advertisements on behalf of third parties to our present or past customers. We will absolutely never release or disclose any email addresses or personal information to any third party. Morning Monkeys reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, without notice. Pricing, and Billing

We reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges, or terms effective upon prior notice to customers via this web site. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.

If you open an account with any of our sites, you agree to pay all charges to your account. You will be charged in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. Your Subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card account will be charged until such time as you inform us that you choose not to be a customer of Morning Monkeys. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed and your credit card account will be charged when service begins, and 30 days after you start your service. Should you stop your account during the middle of your service period, you will be charged a pro rata amount for the service time used.

If your credit card payment is refused or if payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if your charge is returned for any reason, Morning Monkeys reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access and account.

If you lose your credit card, or your ID and password, you must notify Morning Monkeys immediately to avoid possible liability for any unauthorized charges to your account.

Cancellation
You may terminate your account at any time, pursuant to the payment terms described above. We can also terminate your service at any time and for any reason. Morning Monkeys will terminate your account upon email notice, or notice provided through the Web site. If you cancel in the middle of a service period, we reserve the right to bill you for your used portion, and to charge your credit card a pro rata amount of the amount due for a full service period. If you would like to cancel your subscription service, please send an email to service@morningmonkeys.com with "Cancel My Subscription" as the subject of the email. You must include in the body of your email: login name; full name you used to purchase your subscription; the last 6 numbers of the credit card that you used to purchase your subscription.

Indemnification
You agree to use this service responsibly, and not to violate any federal, state or local laws, or FCC regulations. This service is not to be used for the harassment of others. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to hold us harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this agreement or claims arising from the use of your account.
